- Convert complex cross Canada payroll systems.
- Renegotiate benefits plan, generating cost reductions and broader, more flexible coverage.
My credentials include 20+ years HR experience mostly as head of HR. My designations include: CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional), CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist), Fellow ISCEBS (International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists) and CMS (Compensation Management Specialist). What makes me different is that I have also had sales management experience which means the impact of what I do on your operations is very important to me. Volunteer experience has given me broad exposure to not-for-profits and the thin budgets that are characteristic of that structure. Current roles include being a board member for the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists, Toronto Area, Immediate Past Chair of the Board Nomination Committee and Committee Member for the Volunteer & Leadership Awards Committee both with HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association). Past volunteer roles include President, HRPA, Peel Chapter, board member MS Mississauga Chapter, secretary 3rd Meadowvale Scouts and several more.
I also do public speaking on a variety of HR related topics and present regularly.
